Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Certification and CORES competency assessments completed.
• 0–6 months experience with ABA programming.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data.
• Record sessions and progress within 24 hours.
• Assist in BCBA-led assessments and data collection.
• Follow treatment plans and strategies as directed by BCBA/Senior RBT.
• Engage clients and build rapport in a supportive environment.
• Communicate client progress with the BCBA and team.
• Participate in required training and supervision.
