Mirabelle Care in Midwest City, OK is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs under direct supervision. The role emphasizes precise data collection, timely documentation, and adherence to BACB standards.

You will collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA supervisors, maintain professional boundaries, and participate in required trainings. Home-based and community service delivery may be involved depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification with BACB in good standing.
• Completion of BACB 40-hour RBT training (2026 update).

Responsabilités

• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs exactly as designed by the supervising BCBA or BCaBA.
• Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill programs; enter data into the Rethink EMR daily.
• Complete session notes within 24 hours of service; notes must be signed and finalized.
• Participate in all scheduled BCBA or BCaBA supervision contacts and implement feedback.
• Communicate clinical concerns or incidents promptly with supervisor.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients and families at all times.
• Complete annual RBT competency assessment and credential renewal per BACB requirements.
• Attend required Mirabelle Care trainings and any BCBA assigned clinical training.
• Represent Mirabelle Care professionally in all client, family, and school interactions.
