Qualificações

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.
• Must meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsabilidades

• As an RBT, provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under a BCBA's treatment plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
