Job summary

Bloomwell ABA in Durham, NC seeks an entry-level or experienced RBT to support children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. The role offers paid training, ongoing development, and a teammate-centric model backed by a BCBA and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for entry-level BT roles.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday–Friday from 7:45am–4:30pm.
• Experience and a passion for working with children; diverse roles listed (Childcare Provider, Nanny, Daycare Teacher, etc.).
• Willingness to go above and beyond for teammates and patients by creating belonging and connection.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure interventions are applied ethically, professionally, and confidentially with all PHI.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and inclusive clinic environment.
