Job summary

Bloomwell ABA in Minneapolis is looking for entry-level or experienced RBTs to support children with autism. The role includes implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on progress, and fostering relationships with patients and families. The position offers competitive compensation between $20-$29 per hour, up to 4 weeks of paid time off, guaranteed hours, and extensive training. Qualifications

• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and sit on the floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.

Skills

Experience with children

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Willingness to support teammates

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field
