Job summary

Bloomwell ABA is seeking an entry-level or experienced RBT to support children with autism in a collaborative clinical setting. The role offers paid training, full-time hours, and a teammate-centric culture focused on compassionate care and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry-level BT roles. Psychology degree helpful.
• Experience as an RBT is not required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am – 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure all interventions are applied ethically and maintain confidentiality with PHI.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and inclusive clinic environment.
