Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is seeking dedicated RBTs to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA care to children and families. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for entry level BT roles (psychology helpful).
• RBT experience not required.
• Available Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm.
• Experience and a passion for working with children; prior roles like childcare, nanny, teacher assistant, etc. are favorable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit on the floor for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and update behavior intervention plans.
• Ensure interventions are applied ethically and maintain confidentiality with PHI.
• Contribute to an inclusive clinic culture.
