Job summary

Bloomwell ABA in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking both entry-level and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement behavior interventions and support children with autism. The role offers competitive pay ranging from $20 to $29 per hour, guaranteed full-time hours, and exceptional benefits including training, a holistic perks program, and a supportive team environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred for entry level BT roles.
• Experience as an RBT is great but NOT required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 7:45am –4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on an iPad on patient progress and behavior.
• Build rapport and establish a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients.
