Able Minds ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, collect data, and collaborate with families and the care team to support meaningful progress for clients.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, professional growth, and a collaborative team environment, with supportive supervision and development resources to help you advance in your career as an RBT.

Qualificações

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation when applicable.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept clinical feedback.
• Genuine care for clients served.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients per treatment plans.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Collect accurate and timely session data.
• Complete session notes at end of each session.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and care team.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills.
