Job summary

Evolving Minds Together is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, and community settings. You’ll implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and engage with families to support ongoing development.

This role emphasizes collaboration with a BCBA team, ongoing training, and meaningful work helping children reach their potential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism (1 year preferred; new grads welcome).
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Active RBT credential or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism (ages 18 months–15 years).
• Deliver services in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data electronically to track progress and outcomes.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.
• Participate in monthly team training sessions to stay updated.
