Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC seeks dedicated professionals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will support BCBA clinicians in implementing individualized behavior plans for toddlers, children and teens, fostering development through structured, compassionate ABA therapy.

Responsibilities include 1:1 client sessions, data collection, material preparation, and collaboration with the BCBA and care teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT credential required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Clear criminal background checks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Interest in working with individuals with disabilities
• Flexibility to work in various settings and schedules
• Adherence to BACB ethical guidelines

Mansioni

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by the BCBA
• Assist in data collection and documentation
• Prepare instructional materials and collaborate with the BCBA
• Debrief caregivers after sessions
• Maintain confidentiality of health information
• Participate in staff trainings and meetings
