Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a one-on-one ABA therapy setting at our North Richardson, TX clinic. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and support kids through play-based activities to build skills and independence.

Qualifications include being 18+, a high school diploma, ability to lift 30 lbs, and a willingness to obtain paid RBT certification within 20 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor as needed.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
