Action Behavior Centers in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician for a full-time role with a predictable 8am–5pm schedule on Monday–Friday and optional Saturdays based on patient needs. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play in a supportive team environment.

Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
