Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic environments. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families for consistency.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Reliable transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers to support skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment
