Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a motivated RBT to provide high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy to children with autism across home, school, or clinic environments. You will follow individualized plans designed by supervising BCBA and maintain detailed progress data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, adherence to safety, and ongoing learning to support meaningful skill development. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions
