Job summary

PBS Corp. in California is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based treatments under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for meeting hours, paid travel & mileage reimbursement, and benefits for full-time staff. Travel locally required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Education

High school diploma required

Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
