Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus benefits like paid travel, holiday pay, and a 401(k) match. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
