Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision and implement ABA-based plans.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and opportunities for career growth toward BCBA credentials, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
