PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to track progress, with mentorship and growth opportunities as caseloads expand. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
