Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote learning.

Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are highlighted, with potential transition to full-time as caseloads expand. Travel locally is required, and paid time for holidays is included where applicable.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
