Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand are available. We offer mentorship, paid travel where applicable, flexible scheduling, and a pathway to career advancement toward BCBA

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
