Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Regular travel locally is required; a supportive team and flexible scheduling are highlighted

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
