Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

We offer mentorship, hands-on training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance from RBT to BCBA with our support, plus travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
