Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) seeks Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, record progress data, and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Position offers flexible scheduling with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, plus mentorship and career development opportunities within ABA. Travel to local in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or allied field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
