Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
• Participate in the delivery of behavior analytic services and supports to individuals.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans.
• Create opportunities for individuals to make decisions and develop skills.
• Provide support for all medical, clinical and financial needs.
