ABLE Kids is hiring a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 2–6 in ABA therapy. We train you to become an RBT, with a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs and a guaranteed 40-hour work week. Starting pay is $18/hour, with raises every 6 months during the first 2.5 years.

Responsibilities include teaching communication, social and daily living skills, data collection, and collaborating with families and your clinical team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a background check and obtain CPR certification.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training program.

Responsabilités

• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Encourage independence and confidence.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor each child0progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment.
