Job summary

ABLE Kids in Georgia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for young children in a clinical setting. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and track progress with families and the team.

Starting pay is competitive with regular raises, and a $250 sign-on bonus is offered for certified RBTs. Training, PTO, and benefits are provided to support growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete our company-paid 40-hour course and exam.
• Reliable transportation to and from the clinic.
• Commitment to daily attendance and reliability.
• CPR training and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting with children ages 2–6.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and document data.
• Support and guide parents under BCBA supervision.
• Communicate with families, team members, and supervisors.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training; maintain a clean clinic.
• Other duties as assigned.
