Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support children through engaging activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe therapy space, collaborating with a team, and staying active during sessions. RBT certification is encouraged and paid for by the company, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
