Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children ages 2-6, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting. You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with semiannual raises for the first 2.5 years; enjoy a guaranteed 40-hour week, bonuses for attendance and accuracy, and company-paid 40-hour RBT training plus benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete our 40-hour course and exam.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Support and guide parents under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and document data on treatment goals.
• Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
