Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children aged 2–6 in a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule. We provide hands-on training if you do not yet hold RBT certification.

Enjoy a competitive starting pay of $18/hour with raises every six months for the first 2.5 years, a guaranteed 40-hour work week, and full benefits including PTO, holidays, and life insurance. No weekends and a supportive team await you.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to train with company
• High school diploma or GED required; college experience a plus
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification and pass a background check

Responsibilities

• One-on-one ABA therapy with kids ages 2–6
• Teach life skills, potty training, self-help, play and social skills
• Encourage communication and confidence in children
• Collect data and track progress
• Collaborate with a supportive team
