Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinical setting. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and help families with behavior goals.

Starting pay is $18/hour with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years, plus a $250 sign-on bonus for already certified RBTs. We provide 40-hour training, full benefits, PTO, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification or willingness to complete our company-paid 40-hour course and exam.
• Reliability and daily attendance essential.
• CPR training and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting with children ages 2–6.
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Support and guide parents and families under BCBA supervision.
• Document data on treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with team and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment.
