Job summary

Gateway Autism Therapies and Education in Casper, WY is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under ongoing supervision by a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, support skill development, and maintain accurate data for sessions.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification or are on track to obtain it, with strong communication skills, organization, and compassion for children with autism. A supportive team and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent; مرتبط degree preferred in Psychology/Education.
• Experience with children in behavioral or therapeutic settings preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and compassionate with autism.
• Pass background checks and health/safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement treatment plans and BIPs under BCBA supervision.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Attend supervision and meetings with BCBA.
• Collect, manage, and maintain accurate client data and documentation.
• Uphold BACB standards of care and ethics.
• Communicate with clients, families, and other professionals.
• Manage a dynamic schedule with punctuality.
