Job summary

Gateway Autism Therapies and Education in Casper, Wyoming seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver pediatric ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized programs, collect data, and collaborate with families to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and reliability, with training and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor in Psychology/Education preferred
• Experience with children in behavioral or therapeutic settings preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and empathetic team player
• Must pass background checks and health/safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical knowledge
• Attend regular supervision and training meetings with the BCBA
• Collect and maintain accurate, high-quality data and documentation
• Uphold BACB standards of care and ethics in all interactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Manage a dynamic schedule with punctuality and time management
