Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions Llc in Holly Springs, GA, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to support BCBA-led plans for children and teens with autism and developmental needs. You will provide direct ABA therapy 1:1 in a warm, supportive environment and collaborate with a caring team.

The role focuses on direct ABA therapy, data collection, and materials preparation, with opportunities for supervision, ongoing training, and potential advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (RBT) or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Enjoyment working with children and a positive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to receive ongoing constructive feedback.
• Desire to build a career working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans correctly as directed by the BCBA.
• Prepare and assist in constructing instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately.
• Work as a team and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregivers after each session.
• Maintain confidential health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
• Perform all other job-related duties as directed.
