Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to support children and adolescents with autism and behavior challenges. As part of a BCBA-led team, you will provide direct ABA therapy in 1:1 settings, implement Behavior Support Plans, and assist with data collection across home, school, and community settings.

You will work three days a week, 4pm–7pm, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training, supervision hours, and career development within a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must have strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with BCBA/BCBA team.
• Ability to receive ongoing constructive feedback and apply it.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients (toddlers to teens).
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by the BCBA.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with data collection.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information and session data.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions and coordinate with team.
