Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to support toddlers, children, and teens with autism and related needs. You will work under a BCBA to implement behavior support plans, provide direct ABA therapy, and help build functional skills in various settings.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing feedback, and professional development to deliver compassionate, high-quality ABA services. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Registered Behavior Technician credential.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Assist BCBA in implementing Behavior Support Plans.
• Prepare instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately.
• Debrief caregiver(s) on each session.
• Maintain confidential health information.
