Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC seeks dedicated RBTs to provide direct ABA therapy to children and teens under BCBA supervision. You will implement Behavior Support Plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team across multiple settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid RBT credential required.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow a BSP as written by a supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by the BCBA.
• Accept constructive feedback and work to meet areas of need as stated by the BCBA.
• Prepare and assist in constructing instructional materials.
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately and timely.
• Work as a team and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in in-service training and staff meetings.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
