Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role requires active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA or related fields, and a willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions. This part‑time position offers growth opportunities as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
