Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and potential full-time expansion as caseloads grow, with travel to in-home sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
