Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, document client progress, and collaborate with families and teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Part-time positions with growth into full-time as caseloads expand; includes mentorship, career development, and quarterly bonuses. Travel to local sessions is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
