Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is hiring an RBT for 1:1 ABA sessions with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time roles with growth potential to full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and hands-on training to advance in the ABA field.

You’ll implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
