Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning.

Travel locally is required as sessions occur in clients' environments. We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a path from RBT to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to collect and record data and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
