Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and help promote learning through positive reinforcement.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling with the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy settings.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
