Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to empower students within educational settings. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision, monitor progress by data collection, and support IEP-goal driven interventions while collaborating with the school team.

Flexible full-time, part-time, or as-needed roles are available with competitive pay starting at $26 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification from BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Must adhere to Texas BHEC guidelines for educational professionals and maintain CPR certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Plans under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress by collecting and documenting data on student behavior.
• Support interventions tailored to IEP goals in collaboration with the educational team.
• Collaborate in ARD meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Promote positive behavior and create an inclusive learning environment.
