Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions with growth potential.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans under a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have ABA-related experience, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred).

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
