Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Bristol, Johnson City, and throughout Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules, in-clinic and in-home opportunities, and ongoing training. We support growth, training, and certification pathways for becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services (one-on-one).
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and track progress.
• Travel to client homes/community settings when needed.
• Provide in-person services throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
