Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle and travel to clients’ locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Current BACB registration in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Track client progress and celebrate meaningful improvements.
• Travel to client homes and community sites as needed.
• Provide in-person services throughout Tennessee.
