Job summary

Aspire Supports is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in New Jersey for part-time/per diem work delivering direct behavioral support in community and residential settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement BSPs, collect data, and support skill acquisition with positive reinforcement. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized BSPs and collect objective data.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and use positive reinforcement.
• Support functional communication training (FCT).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.

Education

RBT certification
