Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in New Jersey. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision, provide one-on-one therapy, and collect data on progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors using Central Reach.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to develop behavior plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for therapy.
