Job summary

Aspire Supports in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct behavioral support under BCBA supervision in community and residential settings.

Responsibilities include BSP implementation, data collection, and reinforcement-based interventions, with supervision and opportunities for professional development. Flexible scheduling and meaningful, impact-driven work are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and NJ driver's license.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collect and record objective behavioral data.
• Implement skill acquisition programs.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and function-based interventions.
• Support functional communication training (FCT).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
